CANCELLATION POLICY

RIGHT TO CANCEL

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email).

You may use the model cancellation form provided below, but this is not mandatory.

You may also exercise your right to cancel using the “Submit Cancellation” function provided on our website. If you use this online function, we will promptly send you confirmation of receipt on a durable medium (for example, by email), including information about the content of your cancellation declaration and the date and time it was received.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

EFFECTS OF CANCELLATION

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your decision to cancel this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

RETURNING THE GOODS

You must return the goods without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your cancellation of this contract, to the following return address:

The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

Please do not return goods with postage or shipping charges payable by the recipient.

DIMINISHED VALUE

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Your statutory rights regarding defective goods remain unaffected.

EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT TO CANCEL

The right to cancel does not apply, in particular, to contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalised.

For sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, the right to cancel may be lost if the seal has been removed after delivery.

The applicable statutory requirements and exceptions remain unaffected.

EXCHANGES

If you would like a different item, you may return the item you received – provided that the conditions for a return or cancellation are met – and place a separate order for the desired item.
